This build started off as the first 2024 KX450 delivered in the states! Shortly after its engine was removed and the conversion process was underway. This bike served as the basis of development for the 2024 KX500 TSO conversion kit

This build started with a very clean, low hour 2019 KX450 rolling chassis and received our KX250 conversion kit featuring billet motor mounts and mandrel bent frame rails, and of course our new KX250 billet cases

This build came to us from a customer in Arizona, who originally wanted us to install his clean, low hour 2000 KX125 engine in a 2015 KX250f rolling chassis. After some discussion we decided the right thing to was to design a set of billet cases as well to really set this bike apart from others
