Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Your order number

Photos of the damaged item and packaging

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
