The crankshaft is the foundation of your two-stroke engine—its precision directly impacts vibration, longevity, and overall performance.

This service is performed by KPR who specialize in high-performance two-stroke tuning, ensuring your rebuilt crank is perfectly trued and balanced to exacting tolerances.

Applicable Engines:

• This service is for labor only on any two-stroke, single-cylinder crankshaft (e.g., CR500, KX500, YZ250, etc.).

KPR Crank Rebuilding Labor Includes:

• Disassembly of your existing crankshaft assembly.

• Thorough cleaning and inspection of all parts.

• Professional installation of your new rod kit (rod, pin, bearings, and washers).

• Expert truing and indexing of the crank halves to ensure zero runout.

• Dynamic balancing (if required by rod kit).

Step 2: Parts Consultation

• Immediately after your purchase, a representative from Two-Strokes Only will contact you to determine your specific needs.

• We will ask for your engine model, and together we will decide on the appropriate new Rod Kit (e.g., OEM, Hot Rods, Wiseco, etc.).

• You will be quoted and invoiced separately for the cost of the Rod Kit plus any necessary shipping insurance.

Step 3: Shipping & Service

• Once the parts invoice is paid, we will provide you with the shipping address to send your existing crank assembly.

• KPR will perform the professional rebuild, truing, and balancing.

• Your perfectly rebuilt crank will be shipped back to you, ready for reinstallation.
