Each rod is shot-peened and barrel-finished to completely eliminate surface micro-imperfections, relieve residual stress, and optimize structural grain flow for maximum fatigue resistance. Strategically placed lubrication slots ensure optimal oil feed and cooling to the big-end bearing, keeping your bottom end dependable under aggressive racing conditions.

TSO Tip

Small-bore 65cc mini cranks spin at exceptionally high RPMs, making accurate truing critical. Always check your crankshaft total indicated runout (TIR) measures under 0.03mm on V-blocks before dropping the assembly back into the cases. Generously pre-lubricate the lower rod bearing with clean two-stroke premix oil during assembly to prevent any dry-start scuffing on initial fire-up.
