Our clean and simple cooling line kit allows for the use of the factory 2024 KX450F radiators when swapping in the 1988+ KX500 engine! This kit will run both radiators in series (standard KX500 configuration) to minimize the number of lines needed and maximize space when squeezing the large KX500 powerplant into this chassis.

- Billet coolant elbow kit
- Water pump inlet and outlet lines
- 19mm 45-degree coolant coupler
- cylinder head coolant outlet line
- New hose clamps
NOTES:
- This kit is designed to work with our two piece billet clutch cover or any other two piece cover, but can be adapted to work with the standard cast clutch cover.
- Must cut and reweld the lower spigot of the LH radiator to approx. 45 degrees above horizontal.
