Our Two-Piece full billet side cover was developed with aluminum frame conversions in mind! We took the opportunity to add clearance around the swing arm pivot area to reduce the need for grinding/clearance of the swing arm when doing an aluminum frame conversion. In addition to this we completely redesigned water pump volute and impeller which significantly increases flow over the stock outdated design and promotes better cooling for an high performance 86-04 KX500 build you might be doing.
Last but not least, our unique design allows for compatibility with with any 95-02 KX250 clutch cover, so you can bolt up that matching set of clutch and stator covers!
