2021-2025 CRF450r CR500 Engine Conversion Kit

This is our comprehensive engine kit for transforming the 2021-2025 Honda CRF450r into an aluminum frame CR500. This kit allows you to rebuild and adapt any 1988-2001 CR500 engine to fit the latest generation Honda CRF chassis by relocating the engine mounts with our uniquely engineered billet center cases. Our unique clutch slave cylinder design allows for the use of the existing CRF450r master cylinder ( 45510-MKE-A51) and offers a clutch pull just that feels just like stock. Compatible with all OEM CR500 internals (clutch, transmission, cylinder..etc)

All necessary parts for exhaust system fitment, fuel pump delete and radiator modifications are included.  Aside from radiator modifications there is no fabrication or welding required for installation.
