This Specbolt full restoration kit will come completely labeled and contains the following fastener sets for easy installation on your KX500.
FULL ENGINE:
- Crankcase Bolts and Drain Washer.
- Top End Kit including 9 Cylinder Head Acorn Flange Nuts paired with 9 Copper Crush Washers, Cylinder Base Nuts, Bolts for Reed Valve/Intake, Power Valve Covers, Exhaust Manifold, Water Neck, and OE match M6 Coolant Drain Bolts w Copper Washer.
- Left Side Engine Cover (Ignition) and Case Saver bolts.
- Right Side Engine Covers (Clutch 1pc or 2pc) with the Oil Check Bolt and Copper Washer.
- Water Pump including the Coolant Drain Bolt and Copper Washer
CHASSIS/BODY:
- Exhaust Pipe Muffler and Silencer Mounting Bolts and Nuts.
- Frame includes Bolts and Nuts for Head Stay, Lower Subframe Bolts, Ignition Coil, and Motor Mount Nuts (Sorry no motor mount bolts or upper subframe bolt available).
- Front End includes all bolts for Upper and Lower Tripleclamps, handlebar clamps, Front Brake Caliper, Front Axel Pinch Bolts/Nuts, Front Number Plate, and Fork Guard Bolts.
- Front Brake Master Cylinder contains Bolts for Perch, Brake Fluid Reservoir Cover Screws, and a new Fuji Lock nut for your Lever pivot bolt.
- Front Fender Bolts, Collars, and Fender Washers.
- Front & Rear Brake Rotors Bolts.
- Fuel Tank Mounting Bolts for Tank, Radiator Shroud Bolts and Collars, and Petcock.
- Throttle / Clutch Perch Bolts and Pivot Nuts.
- Shifter / Kick Start bolt.
- Radiator Mounting Bolts and Washers.
