These billet KX500 engine cases are the ideal solution for anyone looking to swap the 1988-2004 KX500 engine into the 2024 KX450 chassis. Use these with your original or aftermarket KX500 internals and your engine will be ready to drop into the all new KX450 chassis with no modifications. These cases feature some additional upgrades over the stock ones such as optimized transfer ports and a hydraulic clutch that uses the stock KX450 line and master cylinder.
