Developed with practicality in mind! This KX500 engine conversion kit is 100% bolt-in and fully reversible. Compatible with the new 2024 KX450f chassis, this kit allows you to drop in any 1986+ KX500 engine and go ride.

• Billet aluminum fuel pump delete plate & petcock assembly 
• Billet aluminum coolant inlet adapter (provides clearance for CR500 pipe)

• Exhaust silencer hanger (CR500 bolt pattern)

• Optional expansion chamber hangers (for HYGGE Exhaust)
• Optional cooling line kit (for use with our two-piece side cover)
